IBM is a recognized world leader in providing hardware and software solutions and supplying universal access products that allow customers to interact with their financial institutions through personal assistance or self-service, whether via phone, the Internet or by other electronic means. KIVA Group is an IBM Business Partner and since 1999, has been the sole distributor and support organization for IBM's branch automation product, Consumer Transaction (CT), to the global market. As well as marketing and supporting the LAN DP product for SNA networking support. KIVA uses IBM's database (Informix and DB2) products in its solutions.

Based in Thailand, i.e. Solutions has provided financial institutions with IT solutions and consulting services for more than a decade. The company resells leading technologies, such as KIVA's Respect software, as well as develops custom software applications and provides systems integration and implementation support.


MeridianLink, Inc., the developer of the industry's first multi-channel account opening and loan origination platform, is a leading provider of enterprise business solutions for over 26,000 end users in the financial services industries. KIVA Group and MeridianLink have integrated KIVA's Respect applications with MerdianLink's Xpress Accounts and LoansPQ software. The companies provide an end-to-end, multi-channel solution that helps banks and credit unions manage service requests on their deposit and loan products, speed problem resolution and present and track sales offers specifically tailored to each customer/member.
