The KIVA RespectTM Performance & Incentive solution provides a parameter-driven framework for defining sales objectives and
sales incentive plans. Sales activity is tracked in the course of each customer interaction, enabling real-time dashboard views of the performance of products, people, business units, cross-selling programs, referral management and more.
Incentive payments are automatically calculated by the RespectTM Performance & Incentives module based on customized rules you have defined during the planning process; interfaces to HR and payroll systems allow for an automated feed into payroll processing.
