KIVA Respect Platform provides CSRs with an intuitive graphical user interface to realize the benefits of increased productivity and an enhanced professional image. The easy-to-use desktop workstation makes navigating through the service and sales process quick and easy.
The following are some of the features of the system:
- Account Opening: With KIVA Respect Platform a Customer Service Representative (CSR) opens new accounts faster and with fewer errors. The types of accounts include DDA, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, and Individual Retirement Accounts. The account opening process is also made easier with a sophisticated CIF inquiry/retrieval function, data retention capability, forms printing, and file storage and retrieval functionality.
- CIF Inquiry/Retrieval: The ability to retrieve information from CIF eliminates redundant data entry and ensures data integrity. At the start of a customer session, a CSR can perform a "host inquiry" to see if a customer record exists in the CIF. When a correct match is found, the system automatically copies customer and demographic information to appropriate fields in the account opening data entry screens. The CSR can verify existing information, and, if necessary, correct inaccurate data. At the end of the account opening process, the CIF can be updated with the new information. Account relationship information can also be made available through a similar type of inquiry.
- Data Retention and Duplication: A data retention feature allows the CSR to copy all customer and demographic information from one transaction to the next, making it easier to open multiple accounts for a customer. For example, by using the data retention function, a CSR can open a checking and savings account for a customer without entering the personal information twice.
- File Storage and Retrieval: For improved customer service and productivity, account information can be saved for future retrieval. At the end of the account opening process, new account information is stored automatically if the CSR is unable to complete the process when all of the information is not available.
- Inquiry Features: The inquiry option allows the CSR to display host-based customer account information, such as account balances, checks processed, and current CIF information.
- Maintenance: Maintenance transactions allow the CSR to maintain a customer‘s existing account, including name and address. In addition, all host-based maintenance transactions are made available to the CSR.
- Administrative Functions: This option includes the operator, supervisor, and system transactions that are used to complete branch business.
- Operator Functions: The Operator maintenance functions include working with incomplete accounts, storage and retrieval of account information, signing on and off the system, changing passwords, and host sign on.
- Supervisor and System Functions: These administrative options provide for receipt of information from the host, file maintenance, operator management, and system diagnostics.
