KIVA Respect Unified Teller
Delivering Outstanding Customer Experiences at the Teller Line
Tellers have more personal contact with your customers or members than any other job function in the organization. Doesn’t it make sense for them to play a key role in your CRM Strategy? Lead generation, referral management, customer satisfaction follow-up and cross selling are just a few areas that can be positively impacted by your teller staff.
Unified Teller has the full range of teller transaction processing and more. With Unified Teller you can preserve your existing teller functionality while introducing new approaches for customer interaction management and new technology to support a unification of all customer service delivery technology.
UT CRM Support

Unified Teller Definition Facility (UTD)
The UT Definition facility--A "what you see is what you get" (WYSIWYG) multi-user development facility is available to those institutions that wish to develop their own application. Extremely rich in function, the development facility supports a data repository which is used to create your application. This can be accomplished by either creating your application from scratch, or by customizing the UT base transaction set. And while you can use UT transactions “as is”, UTD makes it easy for you to customize every aspect of a transaction or create entirely new transactions.
