Solution Delivery
To manage costs, we perform a large part of the hardware and software configuration and development at our site, and then go to your site to complete the installation, integration and training.
During implementation, several tests are performed on the software:
Unit testing involves a screen by screen testing of each transaction. Its purpose is to verify screen layouts, data entry procedures, tracking and reporting processes. Unit testing is typically conducted both by KIVA and your institution.
An acceptance testing is the final phase of testing, allowing you at least one last opportunity to ensure the system meets your expectations. Members of your project team typically conduct it with some guidance from KIVA.
